Hi, I’m Pawel.

I write here about fitness for normal people who just want to move well, feel good, and stay strong and flexible.

I was never an athlete. I was an anthropologist who became frustrated enough with the fitness world that I decided to treat it like a field study. What I found was simple. The health part of health and fitness gets pushed aside in favor of looks and marketing. The result is a lot of confusion, a lot of miracle devices, and a lot of people quietly thinking something is wrong with them when the problem is the system.

My goal is to give you a more sane way forward. Short sessions. No gym. No punishment. Just principles that keep your joints, muscles, and energy in good working order. The kind of maintenance that should have been common knowledge all along.

If you want to get a feel for my approach:

Everything I teach comes from the same place: smarter training that fits into real life and helps you stay capable long-term.
